According to a recent permit filing, Liquid Courage will soon come to Everett, located at 3101 Oakes Avenue.
A representative of Liquid Courage was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date and overall details about Liquid Courage’s debut have yet to be confirmed, according to Loop Net, the building has multiple tenancies.
Additionally, the property was stated to be originally built in 1903, with two stories. The building is listed as being 4,659 square feet, with the typical floor size being described as approximately 2,300 square feet. There are 13 parking spaces overall for the property.
Liquid Courage has been filed under Liquid Courage LLC, and according to Washington’s Company Directory, was first registered in June of this year and is listed as active. Both the company contacts and permit filers’ names align, with Stephanie Colunga and Christopher Rugh being listed on both documents.
Stephanie is also listed as a company contact on multiple other companies, according to Bizapedia. One of these companies is Entangled Corp., which is connected to Entangled Games, an escape room that is currently listed to have three separate locations throughout the area.
Christopher Rugh also is listed as a company contact for more than just Liquid Courage. Some of the company filings that are tied to Christopher are listed to have been filed back in 1994, 2004, and more, according to Bizapedia.
