According to a recent permit filing, Conspagna Ethiopian Restaurant aims to debut in the Chinatown area at 1306 S King Street.
Two people are behind Conspagna Ethiopian Restaurant. Those two people are Tesfaye Gebrekidan and Yohannes Wube.
For the property itself, according to Crexi, the property is marked as not being available to lease. The building boasts 4,995 square feet of space. The property listing was posted on December 8th.
According to Yelp, Conspagna would be taking over the former Bun & OC space. Yelp reports that the space is permanently closed and was updated to reflect this in December.
Everout describes Bun & OC as “Bun & Oc is a Vietnamese restaurant serving all of the comforting classics, plus dishes you may not have yet tried–like snail soup. In fact, the restaurant is appropriately named after bún ốc, a Vietnamese dish that originated in Hanoi and features noodles, lemongrass, and escargot (plus much more) in a briny broth.”
