According to a recent permit filing, Oasis Brazilian Steakhouse will soon open in Kirkland, located at 14338 124th Avenue NE.

While an official opening date and what to expect from Oasis as a whole has yet to be confirmed, a Brazilian steakhouse is typically a place where diners can indulge in a vast array of grilled meats, served in a distinctive all-you-can-eat style.
What can be considered the “hallmark” of the Brazilian steakhouse experience is the “rodizio” service, where guests are presented with a variety of meats on skewers. These meats can range from cuts of beef, pork, and lamb to poultry and sausages, all seasoned and slow-cooked over open flames or on rotisserie.
When patrons visit a Brazilian steakhouse, they are often presented with a dual-sided coin, one side typically green, and the other red. This coin serves as a communication tool; when placed with the green side facing up, it signals to the servers, often referred to as “gauchos” or “chefs,” that you are ready to partake. Conversely, when you’ve had your fill or simply wish to pause, you can turn the coin to the red side.
According to Loop Net, Oasis’s location was originally built in 1978. The space is approximately 9,100 square feet and was already home to a restaurant called Sebastian’s Mexican Grill and Cantina. The location is also a part of the Kirkland Kingsgate Convenience Center.
