According to a recent permit filing, a new spirits bar called Lakeline will soon open in Bellingham at 601 Northshore Drive #104.
A representative of Lakeline was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While overall information is limited and an opening date has yet to be confirmed, Lakeline is under Northshore CC LLC, which was originally filed about two years ago according to Bizapedia.
The permit filer for Lakeline and the registered agent for Northshore is Adam Nelson, with both being listed as active filings.
When doing a bit more research, it seems that Adam’s work history includes working for Pacific Surveying and Engineering Inc. under land surveying services. According to PSE’s website, PSE’s land surveying operations and projects are managed by one of their principal licensed surveyors. These individuals are said to oversee all aspects of project management, data collection, layout, and mapping in multiple fields.
According to The Agency Re, the building was originally built in 1982. The building currently accommodates four tenants, including a hair salon, a water district, and a soon-to-come coffee shop. The location is said to be adjacent to Lake Whatcom and in close proximity to Bloedel Donovan and Whatcom Falls Parks and boasts a generous 800 square feet.
