According to a recent permit filing, Barrel & Bacon has filed for a location in the Queen Anne area at 945 Elliot Ave W STE 201.

A representative of Barrel & Bacon was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Barrel & Bacon plans to offer has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, Barrel & Bacon has filed for a spirits, beer, and wine lounge.

Barrel & Bacon has also filed for additional options, such as premixed cocktails and wine to-go, and a growler takeout and delivery option.

Listed to be behind Barrel & Bacon is Whiskey Kitchen LLC. According to Washington Company Search, Whiskey Kitchen LLC was incorporated on March 12th, 2024. Behind Whiskey Kitchen LLC is Roxanne Brooks, who is also listed on the permit filing for Barrel & Bacon.

When researching the address listed on the permit for Barrel & Bacon, the address is listed to be home to Champagne Diner. According to Champagne Diner’s Instagram, the last day of service for the company will be April 7th.
