Galbi Burger is slated to expand with a new location in Capitol Hill, located at 219 Broadway E #16, confirmed by the founder Hyunkyong “Hannah” Ha.
“We are hoping to be able to open soon,” Ha told What Now Seattle, “I opened the first location of Galbi in Arlington back in 2022.”
“I’ve worked in the hamburger industry for eight years so far and I have always wanted to open a Korean-inspired burger shop. I finally made it come true last year, and I’m so happy to open another one this summer in Seattle. It is a very small burger shop, but the taste will be great.”
Hannah told What Now Seattle that patrons can look forward to Galbi Burger’s homemade Galbi sauce marinated beef patties, and spoke of high regard towards their loaded fry options. Their burgers are described to be cooked on a flat top grill, with sliced onions to add to the flavor.
When visiting Galbi, patrons can look at four tiers of their menu. These tiers are classic Galbi, deluxe Galbi, crispy chicken burgers, or melts. Patrons can also dabble with their long list of side options and beverages, some of those beverages including a recent addition of beer, according to the company website.
