According to a recent permit filing, Harry’s Good Times will expand to a new location at 1531 Melrose Avenue STE 6.

A Harry’s Good Times representative was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the company website, Harry’s has four concepts: Harry’s Fine Foods, Harry’s Beach House, Harry’s Guest House, and private events and catering.

“Harry’s Fine Foods is our flagship restaurant located in Seattle’s beloved Capitol Hill neighborhood. Fine Foods specializes in connecting guests with the Pacific Northwest’s many growers, makers, and purveyors. We are open for indoor & outdoor dining, takeaway, and online ordering.”

“Harry’s Beach House is an upscale seafood-focused restaurant in the Alki Beach neighborhood of Seattle, right across the street from the Puget Sound. From the freshest local produce to the most delectable seafood, our menu is a tribute to the region’s bountiful harvest.”

“Harry’s Guest House is a beautifully restored craftsman home located in the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. Steps away from the very best sights and spaces in Seattle, it combines the flexibility of local living with the luxuries of a hotel that make your visit to the Pacific Northwest unforgettable.”

“When Julian opened Harry’s Fine Foods in 2016, it didn’t take long for him to meet the neighbor, Winnie. Winnie is a beautiful and eccentric woman who lived at 312 E Mercer for 20+ years. She is an artist, a bon vivant, and always seemed to have a hot take or unfiltered thought for Julian when she saw him coming and going from Harry’s Fine Foods.”

“She dined with us, laughed with us, and ultimately became a symbol of a community that made the corner of E Mercer and Bellevue Ave just a little bit sweeter. When Winnie moved in 2022, Julian and his partner Jake purchased her home with plans to preserve the beautiful building and uphold Winnie’s legacy of warmth and welcome in the neighborhood. Thus, the idea for Harry’s Guest House was born,” the website adds.
