According to a recent permit filing, a new concept called Jashn aims to open soon in Redmond at 7325 166th Avenue NE #F142.
Jashn will be a spirits, wine, and beer rest lounge and bar that was filed under Jai Ambe 1 LLC. According to Biz Profile, the LLC was filed in May of this year.
Two people are listed to be behind the liquor license file for Jashn as well as the LLC. Those two people are Yogesh and Suhani Nagpal.
Jashn will be taking over what was formerly the Lunchbox Lab, according to Google. Yelp has marked Lunchbox Lab as being permanently closed. Yelp updated this information just this month.
7 years ago, Lunchbox made a Facebook post announcing their opening at Redmond’s Town Center. All of Lunchbox Lab’s social media accounts seem to no longer be active, except for the concept’s Facebook page. Lunchbox’s most recent Facebook post was on December 11th.
According to Redmond Town Center’s website, Jashn’s soon-to-be home is “The Eastside’s premier outdoor shopping center and resort-style center. Featuring retail, dining, hospitality, fitness, healthcare, performing arts, education and events. It’s all here.”
