According to a recent permit filing, Mediterranean Kitchen will soon undergo a change of hands in Bellevue at 103 Bellevue Way NE.

Mediterranean Kitchen currently has two locations in Bellevue and Kirkland. The change of hands will change the name to Old Mediterranean Kitchen, and the new brains behind the operation will be Nirdesh Mittal, Kumud Dwivedi, Vikas and Pranjeet Gaur.

Intentionalist describes the kitchen as “Authentic Middle Eastern cuisine – influenced by traditional family recipes. Opened in 1982, Mediterranean Kitchen serves authentic Middle Eastern cuisine influenced by traditional family recipes.”

“Owner Bassam Aboul-Hosn ensures that his restaurant uses the freshest meats and vegetables — making Mediterranean Kitchen’s take-out just as tasty as dining in. While the meat dishes are mouthwateringly delicious, Bassam’s menu also features vegetarian options like falafel and spanakopita.”
