Mojito Will Be Expanding With Another Location in the Maple Leaf Area

The second location of Mojito was previously home to Art Tile Company.

According to a recent permit filing, Mojito will be expanding with another location in the Maple Leaf area, located at 8511 Roosevelt Way NE.

A representative of Mojito was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, Mojito describes itself as serving the best Latin American & Cuban food in the Seattle area.

Mojito is stated to have been serving the Maple Leaf neighborhood and the greater Seattle area for 18 years with authentic Latin cuisine. They believe in bringing together amazing food and amazing people, working together to enrich their community, according to the company website.

Inside the little yellow building that is their original location is an array of menu options from appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and more. Mojito offers both lunch and dinner entree options, such as pabellon, vaca frita, guiso de pollo, and more. They also have a dessert section on the menu.

According to Loop Net, the new location is listed as an industrial property with approximately 5,700 square feet of space. The property is all on one level and was originally built in 1970.
