A fun spot for salad from the owners of Grillbird is coming to the Phinney Ridge neighborhood.

The new Grillbird and Salad Party restaurants will be at 6820 Greenwood Avenue N, according to the business’s Instagram. They will reportedly be operating in the same location. It was originally looking like they would be opening in late spring, but now the business is targeting June according to a recent post.

Grillbird consists of teriyaki-rooted dishes, like chicken teriyaki, as well as katsu, beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, bang bang chicken and sesame tofu with cauliflower. All mains are served with rice on the side.

Salad Party’s menu includes salads like the house party, chicken salad, chez moi, chop chop, le frenchie, golden hour, dear Caesar and steak date.

“Salad Party is a premium, seasonal salad shop making food that’s joyful, comforting and unexpectedly craveable,” said the description on their website. It is not clear where in the building Salad Party will be stationed.

The current Grillbird is open at 6501 35th Avenue SW. It recently made Eater Seattle’s list for best restaurants in West Seattle. It was praised for their range of protein and sauce options with a mostly gluten-free menu.
