Nick LaLonde Will Soon Debut a Second Concept Called Tide and Taste

Tide & Taste filed for a liquor license on December 18th.

According to a recent permit filing, Tide & Taste will debut soon in Anacortes at 414 Commercial Avenue.

Tide & Taste aims to open soon. The new concept will be “Modern contemporary food and cocktails highlighting the ingredients of the Pacific Northwest.”

A recent Instagram post from Tide & Taste states “Good Bagels owner and chef Nick LaLonde is opening a second restaurant in Anacortes! Formerly The Nest, Tide & Taste will serve modern contemporary food and cocktails highlighting the ingredients of the Pacific Northwest.”

“Nick has been a chef all over the country and is excited to bring his passion of fine dining to the community he now calls home. Stay tuned in the coming weeks for more information as we roll out our menu and reservations.”

Good Bagel’s website states, “Good Bagels delivers freshly baked, hand-rolled bagels featuring breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Featuring scratch-made ingredients and local produce, meats, eggs, and dairy.”

“We proudly feature Cairnspring Mills flours for our baked goods and pastries. Cairnspring Mills, located in Burlington, WA, sources its grain grown in Washington, which is grown right here in Skagit County!”
