According to a recent permit filing, Northeast Kitchen has filed for a Bellevue location at 5806A 119th Avenue SE Suite B.

A representative of Northeast Kitchen was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While overall information is limited about Northeast Kitchen at this time, according to the permit filing, Northeast Kitchen was filed under N. B. Kitchen LLC.

Washington Company Search states that N. B. Kitchen LLC was incorporated on May 23rd, 2024. Two people are listed on the business and permit filing. Those two people are Chao Wang and Enwei Wang.

Chao is listed to also be behind one other active LLC on the search, Byte Innovative LLC. Aside from Byte Innovative, LLC and N. B. Kitchen LLC, Chao has been listed to be behind at least five other LLC’s previously.

When looking up more information on the property itself, it looks like the address for Northeast Kitchen would be a part of the Newport Hills Shopping Center. According to DTJ Design, the project has 32,816 SF of mixed commercial space.

  • Hello! Found your article & wanted to clarify some incorrect information:

    1. Toll Brothers has nothing to do with Newport Hills Shopping Center (NHSC). They wanted to buy it in 2018, tried to get the zoning changed but were denied so they walked away

    2. DTJ Design also has nothing to do with NHSC. They were simply the company that produced conceptual drawings for Toll in 2018

    3. NHSC has close to 60K sf of retail space. I believe the 32K sf mentioned in the article is what DTJ Design had allocated in their conceptual drawing

We’re happy to have Northeast Kitchen opening at the NHSC (I believe they opened yesterday, in fact). I’ve met the two young men behind the restaurant & look forward to supporting their new venture in my neighborhood. We would love to have more small businesses at NHSC!
