According to a recent permit filing, Paju will soon move to a new location in the South Lake Union area at 513 Westlake Avenue N.
A representative of Paju was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the company website, the original location for Paju is on Mercer Street.
“Nestled in the heart of Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood, Paju is a place where Progressive Korean Cuisine speaks for itself. Our guests visit for a multitude of occasions: a relaxing date night; a celebratory evening out among friends; an upscale dinner before a night at the opera, perhaps.”

According to an article written in 2020 by Plate Online, “When Bill Jeong and Chung Jeong (no relation) first opened their 1,000-square-foot simple restaurant with concrete floors and beige walls in Seattle’s Lower Queen Anne neighborhood in August 2019, no one could have predicted what was to come.”
“But even during an incredibly turbulent year for restaurants, Paju has quickly become a favorite among a dining audience hungry for something new: risk-taking and refined takes on Korean flavors.”
