Parlour Pioneer Square Has Filed For a Korn Walker Block Location

Parlour filed for its liquor license on June 20th.

According to a recent permit filing, Parlour Pioneer Square has filed for a liquor license at 119 Yesler Way.

A representative of Parlour Pioneer Square was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While overall information is currently limited for Parlour Pioneer Square, according to the permit filing, Parlour was filed for under Our Moonlight LLC.

Our Moonlight LLC was incorporated on July 31st, 2024, according to Washington Company Search. Listed on the permit and business filing is Eric Grandy.

The property itself is a part of Korn Walker Block, according to Loop Net. “The Korn Walker Block is a collection of eight historic buildings located in Seattle’s Pioneer Square District, positioned at the northern gateway to Occidental Avenue.”

The property was built in 1900 and has three stories. Each floor is typically around 4,600 square feet, with the overall building being approximately 18,400 square feet.
