Pinnacle Beerworks Has Filed For a Wenatchee Location

Pinnacle's permit filing states the company will be a microbrewery.

According to a recent permit filing, Pinnacle Beerworks has filed for a Wenatchee location at 18 N Mission Street Suite C.

A representative of Pinnacle Beerworks was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, behind Pinnacle Beerworks is Pinnacle Beerhall LLC.

Pinnacle Beerhall LLC was incorporated on November 2nd, 2022, according to Bizapedia. On the business and permit filing are Peter Siderius and Benjamin Gresh.

According to the Pinnacle Beerworks website, Pinnacle is described as “With a combined 15 years in the brewing industry, a passion for customer service, and an unrivaled love of beer you couldn’t ask for a better duo to craft your next pint.”

Pinnacle’s Instagram states it will be a brewery, pub, and beer hall. The Instagram page debuts Pinnacle’s current construction projects, such as a walk-in cooler installation.

For the property itself, according to Commercial MLS, the property is referred to as Press Hall Commons. The building is stated to have approximately 13,700 square feet with two floors. The property was built originally in 1970 and remodeled in 2023.
