Prado Plans to Debut in Lynnwood’s Meadowdale Plaza

Prado filed for a liquor license on October 4th.

According to a recent permit filing, Prado has filed for a Lynnwood location at 5031 168th Street SW Suite 140.

A representative of Prado was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Prado plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, Prado’s location will be a part of the Meadowdale Plaza.

According to Loop Net, the property was built in 2006 and is marked as a retail property. The leasable square footage is listed to be 17,834 square feet. Map Quest states that the address for Prado was previously home to Ixtapa Family Mexican Restaurant, and is marked as permanently closed.

Prado was filed under HandM LLC for spirits, wine, and beer rest permission. Washington Company Search states that HandM LLC was incorporated on April 1st, 2024.

Lillian Beegle, Marcelo Gomez, and Humberto Torralba are listed to be behind HandM LLC. All three people are also behind Torralba and Gomez LLC, according to the search.
