According to a recent permit filing, The Cove Wine & Games will open its doors in Chelan at 806 W Manson Highway.

A representative of The Cove Wine & Games was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what The Cove plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, The Cove was incorporated under The Cove Wine & Games LLC.

According to Bizapedia, The Cove Wine & Games LLC was incorporated approximately four months ago. Four people are listed on the business and permit filing: Ashtyn Catoe, Liam Catoe, Houston Stodghill, and Brooke Mann.

When it comes to the property itself, according to Zillow, the property was built back in 1943. The property is listed to be on 0.96 acres, with Zillow stating that it is an 896-square-foot space of vacant land. The listing is marked as no longer being available to sell.

When doing a bit more research on the new location for The Cove, Kave Roasters is stated to also reside at the same address. Kave Roasters LLC on Bizapedia is listed to have been incorporated in July of 2018, with the two company contacts listed as Eva Anderson and Michael Anderson.

An Instagram post from Kave Roasters confirms its closure, stating, “We have decided to shut down the cafe portion of the business. We will continue to roast and provide our coffee beans for online ordering, and look forward to partnering with local businesses for bean sales.”
