According to a recent permit filing, Red Wagon Burger will expand with a new Burien location, located at 126 SW 148th St STE C140.
“Our planned opening date for the Burien location is January 2nd, 2024. I’m the founder of Red Wagon Burger, and we started in 2013. Since 2013, I opened Tumwater, North Tacoma, Puyallup, and Renton. I sold each location that is now managed by different owners,” founder Tom Kim told What Now Seattle.
According to Red Wagon’s company website, they provide fresh ingredients daily, with 100% fresh Angus chuck ground beef being one of them. Their website also provides a video of the burger-making process behind the scenes.
Their mission statement is straightforward, with two main principles being listed. Those two principles are to use only quality ingredients and to have the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Currently, there are three locations for Red Wagon, those locations being in Puyallup, Tacoma, and Tumwater.
Their new Burien location will be a part of the Burien Plaza Shopping Center. According to Loop Net, the property has approximately 1,400 square feet, with 560 SF being listed as leased. The Burien Plaza is also home to Safeway, Rite-Aid, and Allstate Insurance, the website states.
