Rosette Has Filed For a Rainier Beach Area Location

Rosette has filed for five different liquor licensing permissions.

According to a recent permit filing, Rosette has filed for a Rainier Beach area location at 9262 57th Avenue South.

A representative of Rosette was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Rosette plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Rosette was filed for under Jude’s New Town Collective.

Jude’s New Town Collective was incorporated on May 20th, 2024, according to Washington Company Search. Listed on the business and permit filing is Mark Paschal, who is also listed to be a part of Southern Hospitality LLC.

For the property itself, according to Skyline Properties, Inc., the space was built in 1921. The property is described by stating “This 3 unit mixed use building has 1 commercial space that would be great for your office or retail business. Great location on main street off of Rainier Ave, surrounded by other small neighborhood businesses on main arterial.”
