According to a recent permit filing, Slu Bru will soon open its doors in the South Lake Union area, located at 700 Dexter Ave N STE 230.
A representative of Slu Bru was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date and what Slu Bru plans to offer have yet to be released, according to the permit filing, Slu Bru will come from Gourmondo Cafe & Catering Co.
According to Puget Sound Business Journal, Gourmondo is described as “At Gourmondo Co, we pride ourselves on our high-quality food, locally sourced ingredients and exceptional service. Our flavorful menus reflect our beginnings over 20 years ago as a four-table lunch café in the heart of Seattle’s Pike Place Market.”

Slu Bru’s location is a part of Dexter Yard. According to Dexter Yard’s website, “Dexter Yard is an open block campus at the intersection of South Lake Union’s tech row.
