According to a recent permit filing, Sun Sui Wah Seafood Restaurant will soon open in Bellevue at 14505 NE 20th St STE R.
A representative of Sun Sui Wah Seafood Restaurant was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date and overall information about what Sun Sui Wah plans to offer, according to the permit filing, takeout and delivery will be on the table, and it is listed as a spirits rest lounge.
Listed on the permit filing is Sun Sui Wah Seafood Restaurant Seattle LLC. According to OpenCorpData, the business was originally incorporated in March of 2022. Lulu Yi is one of the agents listed on both OpenCorpData and the permit filing.
When doing some research on the location that will now be home to Sun Sui Wah, according to Google, Seattle Lighting resides at the same address. When going to their company website, under the locations, their Bellevue address differs.
When it comes to Seattle Lighting, their website states “Our humble beginnings can be traced back to the year 1917, when Walter Funsinn and Joseph Schomer first opened their doors as the Seattle Lighting Fixture Company. The original store opened in the heart of the historic Pioneer Square neighborhood of downtown Seattle, which is where you can still find us today.”
