According to a recent permit filing, The Honeyhole Group will soon open a new concept called Becks Bar and Grill at 1305 E Jefferson Street.
A representative of The Honeyhole Group and Becks Bar and Grill did not immediately respond to What Now Seattle’s request for commentary.
While an official opening date and Becks Bar’s offerings have yet to be confirmed, with the location listed on the permit filing, it will be sharing the same address as HoneyHole Sandwiches.
According to a recent article from Capitol Hill Seattle, the owner of Becks Bar, Evan Bramer, also took ownership of HoneyHole Sandwiches recently. Bramer told Capitol Hill Seattle that, “The former HoneyHole Central District space will be reborn as another Bramer project — Beck’s Bar and Grill — in the coming weeks.” The article was written in July.
Beck’s represents an exciting venture for Evan, who is stated to envision it as more than just a place to dine or socialize. It’s intended to be a welcoming hangout where patrons can relish a harmonious blend of top-notch offerings and budget-friendly options. With Seattle University located just a stone’s throw away, Beck’s aims to be a go-to spot for the thousands of students who call E Jefferson home.
The Honeyhole Group LLC, according to Bizapedia, was filed only three months ago. Evan is the listed registered agent for the company, as well as the principal.
