According to a recent permit filing, Yoksod Noodles and Thai has filed for a location at 1903 Yale Place East #108.
A representative of Yoksod Noodles and Thai was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date and what Yoksod plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Yoksod was filed for under Yoksod Eastlake LLC.
Washington Company Search states that Yoksod Eastlake LLC was incorporated on November 2nd, 2023. Listed on the permit and business filing is Anak Urwannachotima.
Anak is also listed to be behind three other LLCs according to Washington Company Search. Those three LLCs are Thai Hut LLC, Charoen Thai LLC, and Kaonah1999 LLC.
The property itself, according to Seattle in Progress, is described as a “Pedestrian orientated mixed-use project centered around an at-grade public open space in the unimproved E Howe Street Row. Vibrant, small-scale commercial activity at street level and maximum light, air, and open space for each residential unit.”
