Located across from the larger East Bay Plaza on East Bay Drive in Largo, Largo Town Square is a small retail center currently home to Jet’s Barbershop and restaurants like Outback Steakhouse and Addicted to the Bean. Soon, though, the retail center will be putting sushi on the menu, too.

Paperwork submitted recently by M Sushi Asian Grill Inc. shows an opening in the works for M Sushi Asian Grill in Suite H at the plaza’s address, 3690 E Bay Drive.

What Now reached out on Thursday to owner Zhong Chen to ask about plans for the opening. Any word yet on when the launch can be expected?

“We’re not sure yet,” Chen said. “We still don’t have a set time.”

Chen declined to say more about the opening, at least for the moment, so it looks the detail will remain under wraps for now. We’re expecting, but the rest remains to be seen.

Stay tuned for possible updates as more information becomes available.
