Boasting more than 190 locations nationwide, Life Time elevates fitness and health to a comprehensive lifestyle experience. “Going beyond a gym,” Life Time’s various locations (including 10 in Florida) offer services like coworking space, personal training, fitness centers, and, of course, the Life Cafe.
What Now reported last month on plans for a new Life Time taking shape in Wesley Chapel, with a view towards opening next year. But, as the Tampa Bay Business Journal reported last week, another new location is coming to the region much sooner. Life Time’s second Tampa Bay location will open in Lakewood Ranch.

The new Life Time Fitness will open in October at 5000 Lakewood Ranch Blvd.
