A new restaurant serving health-conscious cuisine will open later this year in Tampa, on West Columbus Drive, between North Glen Avenue and North Lincoln Avenue. Innerpeas of Mind will open its doors at 3311 W Columbus Drive, according to a recent plan review.

“We are hoping to open in three to four months,” a representative of the restaurant told What Now on Thursday.

The representative declined to make further immediate comment, except to specify that Innerpeas of Mind will serve a healthy menu of dishes fusing Latin American and U.S. cuisine.

What Now is awaiting further information on the restaurant’s menu and overall brand profile. The representative did not confirm the address given on the recently submitted paperwork.

The West Columbus Drive location is situated across the street from a retail center that houses several local eateries including Caribbean Twist, Florida Bakery, and Guanabo Coffee Shop.
