The retail center on the southwest corner of the intersection between FL-54 and Seven Springs Boulevard/Rowan Road appears to be the future home of a new ice cream shop. A recent plan review shows KSplitz Creamery opening at 7272 FL-54.

What Now confirmed news of the opening with a representative of KSplitz on Monday. The representative declined to make immediate comment on the KSplitz menu and overall brand profile. The representative did not confirm the address listed on the plan review paperwork.

What Now is awaiting more information about the Ksplitz Creamery opening.

Opening in the retail center on the southern side of FL-54 between Rita Lane and Seven Springs Boulevard, KSplitz would join a food and beverage community that includes McDonald’s, Rocky’s Philly Cheesesteaks and Hoagies, and Rossi Ristorante Italiano.
