Hotel group Palisociety is bringing a new boutique hotel to Tampa’s Hyde Park Village. Palihouse Hyde Park Village is expected to open at 1509 W Swann Avenue at a Fall date that remains TBD, according to recent coverage by That’s So Tampa.

“Hyde Park is noted as the most revered destination neighborhood in Tampa and with Hyde Park Village’s innate charm and sense of style, we knew it was a natural fit for a Palihouse hotel,” Avi Brosh, founder and CEO of Palisociety, says in the coverage. “We particularly covet finding unexpected properties in communities where we can create a unique and creative new aesthetic and vision for the area that feels like a natural extension of its existing appeal.”

The hotel’s amenities, That’s So Tampa tells us, will include “a moody lobby lounge, with a café and bar that offers guests an all-day dining menu, as well as coffee, classic cocktails, beer and wine.”

“The only thing you can’t currently do in Hyde Park Village is spend the night, and we are excited for that to change with the arrival of the ever-charming and always-fabulous Palihouse,” Samantha David, president of WS Development, says in a Facebook post by Hyde Park Village. “Tampa has reached a moment of unprecedented demand as business and leisure travelers alike flock to discover this previously hidden gem of a city.”
