Located at the intersection of Fishhawk Boulevard and Circa Fishhawk Boulevard in Lithia, Publix-anchored retail center Alafia Commons is the future home of Tampa Bay’s first Rock N Roll Sushi location. Opening at 5629 Circa Fishhawk Blvd., Rock N Roll Sushi Lithia will be the first of three locations planned for Tampa Bay in 2024.

“In Lithia, we’re getting ready to go into construction,” area developer Craig Lemieux told What Now on Monday. “So we’re probably looking at a January opening.”

The opening will be accompanied by a two-day charity event. The team of developers—which includes Craig and Dianne Lemieux, John and Katerina Weissfisch, and Andrew and Terri Jessen—is still in search of a charity to partner with.

Rock N Roll Sushi offers an approachable menu of Americanized sushi offerings, with rolls bound to be welcoming even to guests intimidated by raw fish, along with a selection of Hibachi dishes. There’s also a selection of Opening Acts like Crispy Wontons, Tuna Tataki, and Jalapeño Poppers.
