Jackie Lin, the chef behind Michelin-starred Shoushin, is bringing a new concept to Toronto. Lin will open Osoba Ni-Hachi in Yorkville this fall, according to Toronto Life

The restaurant will focus on handmade soba from Yamagata, Japan, according to the brand’s Instagram page.

Lin opened Shoushin in 2015, bringing a restaurant focused on Edomae-style sushi to Toronto that built upon Lin’s decades of experience as a sushi chef. Shoushin offers omakase experiences centered around chef-driven creations.
