Flor. Coffee + Books to Debut in Georgetown
Flor. Coffee + Books is slated to start a new chapter at 1220 31st St NW, Washington, DC 20007. The cafe will open its doors with Argentinian hospitality on August 18, 2025. Located just above M Street in Georgetown, the café aims to inspire mindful living in the heart of the neighborhood.
This concept is brought in by international author Florencia Agrazo and her partner Marco Ferrario. From their signature coffee blend to Argentinian and French pastries, the menu will feature fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
Florencia Agrazo is the author of The Gratitude Notebook. “I’ve always dreamed of creating a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and nourish both body and soul,” says Agrazo. “Flor. is the physical extension of my writing—a place for reflection, creativity, and community.”
At Flor. Coffee + Books, guests can browse a curated selection of books in English and Spanish. The shelves will showcase titles on self-care, art, travel, and spirituality, alongside Tarot decks and playful blind-date-with-a-book selections. The 2,000-square-foot, two-story café offers 28 seats, an outdoor patio, and cozy nooks ideal for quiet reading or conversation.
