Andy’s Pizza Eyeing Arlington Location

The pizzeria has attained a commercial electric permit for the old home of the Ballston Place Gourmet.

A DMV-favorite pizza shop is preparing to serve fresh, hot slices to Virginia Square. Permit documents show that Andy’s Pizza will be opening a shop in Arlington, reports local media outlet ARL Now.

The popular pizzeria will be taking over the space vacated by Ballston Place Gourmet at 901 North Pollard Street. Information on Andy’s latest location is scarce, however a commercial electric permit was issued on January 12 and is currently posted in the storefront.

The Arlington Andy’s Pizza does not have an opening timeline available. The pizzeria currently has eight locations across Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Northern Virginia Magazine named Andy’s Pizza one of their 18 Best Places to Get Pizza in NoVa

Andy’s crafts its distinctive and delicious pizza using a 72 hour cold ferment process for its crusts. In addition to an array of traditional and specialty pies, the restaurant serves classic appetizers including wings, chicken tenders, and Caesar salads.
