Baker’s Daughter, a casual market and cafe, will open a third DC location in Georgetown by the end of the month.
Restaurateur Matt Baker and his 101 Hospitality team will open at 1065 Wisconsin Ave. NW. Baker’s Daughter has a location downtown and another in Ivy City.
The new Georgetown location will span around 1,600 square feet and it will feature a larger area for grab-and-go service and expanded seating, according to the Washington Business Journal.
Chef Matt Baker plans to attract various prospective customers to the Georgetown location when it opens, including college students, office workers, nearby residents, and tourists.
“We’ve been wanting to get into Georgetown for a while,” Baker told the Washington Business Journal. “I’m hopeful that Georgetown will respond really great for us.”
The Baker’s Daughter offers an all-day breakfast menu, breakfast tacos, bowls, salads, and sandwiches with vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options.
