A beloved Virginia brewery is hoping to pour out a fresh glass (and a new concept) for Fairfax diners. Bunnyman Brewing is making moves towards opening a restaurant in the Workhouse Arts Center, reports local media outlet FFXNow.

The brewery-named after a macabre urban legend-is seeking approval to set up shop at 9517 Workhouse Way. The space would allow Bunnyman to establish a comfortable little dining mecca; the company has a brewery located next door at 9514 Workhouse Way.

Bunnyman co-owner Sam Gray explains that the brewery intends to take full advantage of the Workhouse real estate. He states: “The entire space between the two buildings will be open for outside events, seating, shared food and more beverage choices. The space will allow for larger events and shared love with our friends at the Workhouse.”

The Fairfax County Board of Supervisors will be holding a public hearing pertaining to the potential lease on September 30. If everything goes according to plan, Bunnyman will be opening the restaurant-which does not yet have an official announced name-in spring of 2026.
