Ashburn residents, delicious and healthy cuisine is right over the horizon. Rush Bowls, a chain known for its nutritious bowls, has broken ground and begun construction on its new Loudoun County home, reports The Burn.

The fast-casual eatery will be opening in the Ashbrook Commons shopping center early next year. Rush Bowls will be occupying 1,200 square feet of the 20050 Ashbrook Commons Plaza  development. Construction began earlier this month and ownership is hoping to be able to swing the doors open in early January.

Rush Bowls is still relatively new to the area; the brand opened its first local storefront this year.

Founded in 2004, the concept has expanded to include more than 50 locations across the United States. Rush Bowls has earned an ardent fan following through its ethical and nutritious approach to fast- casual dining. The company’s website describes its goal, stating: “Not just a respectful kinship with the Earth — a stubborn romance with health. Here at Rush Bowls our tireless devotion to honest, healthy ingredients crafted in ways that taste sinfully delicious, result in the best fruit and all-natural food bowls available. Anywhere. Period.”
