A popular Mosaic District Greek restaurant is preparing to expand its footprint. Our Mom Eugenia, run by Alex and Philip Hobson, is spreading into the space next door, allowing it to feed even more hungry Virginians, reports local media outlet FFXNow.

Currently limited to Suite 185 in its 2985 District Avenue home, the concept will double in size once it absorbs the adjoining Suite 190, which previously housed The Italian Place. Once the expansion is complete, Our Mom Eugenia will have a cumulative 3,370 square feet and room for 48 additional guests inside and 36 more patrons outdoors.

While Our Mom Eugenia does not have a precise date available for the project’s completion, the Hobsons are hoping it will be ready by Thanksgiving.

Launched in Great Falls in 2016, Our Mom Eugenia currently has three locations across Virginia. The menu features a wide range of Greek favorites, including spanakopita, moussaka, and lavraki.
