Rise and shine, Reston foodies, a popular breakfast, brunch, and lunch chain is planting a fresh flag in the neighborhood. First Watch has signed on to open its latest DMV location in the region, reports the Washington Business Journal.
The Florida-based chain will be occupying a 6,500 square foot space at 12192 Sunset Hills Road. First Watch, which is moving into the space vacated by Carrabba’s Italian Grill earlier this year, is eying a spring of 2025 opening.
First Watch is no stranger to the DMV region. The concept has around a dozen locations in the area, with more on the horizon.
Founded in Pine Grove, California in 1983, First Watch has set itself apart in the crowded hospitality market by offering delicious interpretations of breakfast, brunch, and lunch fare. The concept has expanded to include more than 540 storefronts across 29 states.
Future Reston regulars can look forward to savoring choices from a menu chock full of classic favorites and innovative recreations. First Watch offers everything from eggs and bacon to avocado toast to chimichangas.
