One of the top names in walking tacos is strolling its way to a new DMV location. Flavor Hive, a buzzy food truck that’s earned considerable attention and acclaim, has applied for a special use permit for an Alexandria storefront, reports Patch.

The concept will be setting up camp at 3314 Richmond Highway. According to the Administrative Special Use Permit Application filed with the Department of Planning and Zoning, the restaurant will have an outdoor dining space with 5 tables with 4 chairs each. The property will provide 10 on-site parking spaces.

Flavor Hive will occupy 1,699 square feet. The permit predicts that approximately 200 customers will pass through daily. Hours of operation are slated to be Sunday through Thursday, from 11 am to 10 pm and from 11 am to 2 am on Friday and Saturday.

The application offers this insight into Flavor Hive’s cuisine for future regulars unfamiliar with the brand: “a fast-casual restaurant with Asian foods with a Spanish and American influence”.

An opening timeline isn’t available for Flavor Hive’s new location, however Alexandria foodies still have a bit of a wait ahead of them; comments are open to the public on the special use permit until June 19.
