Arlington residents will soon be able to enjoy a glass of wine in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other. For Five Coffee Roasters is opening a new location-complete with a bar-in Rosslyn later this year, reports local media outlet ARL Now.

The popular New York based coffee company will be opening its first hybrid alcohol-and-java location at 1735 North Lynn Street. In addition to being the first For Five location to offer beer, wine, and liquor, at 4,316 square feet, the Rosslyn store will be the company’s largest to date.

The company’s Rosslyn storefront was originally slated to open in 2022, but faced considerable delays. While For Five Coffee Roasters has not announced an official opening date, it is aiming to begin serving customers this winter.

Rossyln residents can look forward to a full coffee bar, featuring the brand’s signature java which is harvested from small coffee farms. Hungry visitors can enjoy delicious, freshly made breakfast and lunch items, including sandwiches, omelets, and acai bowls. The coffee shop will also offer stuffed cookies and artisan pastries for customers craving a sweet treat.

For Five Coffee Roasters first began caffeinating customers in New York in 2010. The chain has expanded to include more than 30 cafes along the East Coast.
