Honeygrow, a popular Philly-based fast casual concept, is setting out to prove to Virginia diners that they don’t need to choose between nutrition and taste. The brand has been enjoying considerable growth and shows no signs of slowing down, as it opens a new location in Springfield, reports QSR.
The healthier chain has signed a lease for a storefront at 8424 Old Keene Mill Road. Honeygrow will be keeping good company, joining fellow local businesses including Trader Joe’s and Starbucks. An opening timeline is not currently available for the concept’s Springfield home, however the lease is recently inked, suggesting the restaurant will not be open before 2025.
Founded in Philadelphia in 2012, Honeygrow has developed an ardent fan following through its bespoke stir-fries and healthy dishes. Enthusiastic visitors have helped the chain to expand to include 36 locations, spread across Boston and DC. The restaurant allows patrons to choose from house recipes and their own unique creations, where they select a base, a protein, add-ons, and sauces.
