The fast-casual dining scene has been enjoying a glow-up over the past several years. Diners increasingly are trading in their burgers and fries for healthier meals, served quickly and inexpensively. Honeygrow, one of the pioneering chains on the frontlines of more nutritious quick-service fare, is preparing to bring its guilt-free stir-fries to Gainesville, reports QSRMagazine.

The Philly-based concept will be breathing a very new life into its new 5055 Wellington Road location; the storefront has been housing a Five Below. The space will be trading in reasonably priced novelties for customizable stir-fries and salads.

An opening timeline is not present available for Honeygrow’s Gainesville location; however the announcement regarding the lease is still very new, suggesting the restaurant is still in its early phases.

Honeygrow began feeding guests hungry for new fast-casual options in Philadelphia in 2012. Customers quickly rewarded the brand’s unique cuisine, and the chain has spread to include more than 40 locations, primarily focused in the Northeast.

Honeygrow prides itself on using superior ingredients to help guests curate their ideal meal. The website states its mission succinctly, stating: “Nothing gets us more excited than gorgeous food, sourced intelligently and having our guests leave happy. Why? Because it tastes better, not because it’s cool or it’s trendy to say. We couldn’t care less what the other fast-casual guys and gals do—we’re in it for our love of great food, amazing experiences, and love for all things creative.”
