Fairfax shoppers looking for a quick and healthy way to fuel their efforts will soon have a new favorite spot. Honeygrow, popular for its more nutritious fast-casual meals, is opening a location in the Fair City Mall.

The restaurant, opening at 9650 Main Street, does not currently have an opening timeline available. The Fair City Mall website lists Honeygrow as “coming soon”, however the location is not yet listed on the chain’s webpage.

Honeygrow currently has three Virginia stores, and another Fairfax County location is in the works.

The chain has experienced considerable growth since its inception in 2012. Honeygrow traces its roots to a bit further north; Justin Rosenberg founded the company in Philadelphia, with the intention of offering quick, nutritious meals.

Fair City Mall visitors can look forward to a range of made-to-order salads, bowls, and stir-fries. While the menu does feature certain, restaurant synthesized options like the spicy garlic and sesame garlic stir-fries, many customers will opt to curate their own dishes. Visitors craft their meals by choosing a base, protein, vegetables, sauces, and garnishes.
