Nothing says summertime quite like a dish or cone of ice cream. Fortunately for Harbor Point, one of the DMV’s top chains is preparing to scoop out delicious refreshment. Ice Cream Jubilee, a nine time winner of “best ice cream in DC” is coming to the region, reports the Baltimore Business Journal.

The scoop shop will be moving into the Allied | Harbor Point apartment building at 1041 Wills Street. Ice Cream Jubilee will have a dedicated 640-square-foot space to serve its award-winning sweet treats.

An opening timeline is not currently available for the chain’s latest location; the concept has only stated that it intends to begin scooping at some point this summer.

Ice Cream Jubilee currently has six locations spread across the DMV; diners desperate to get their hands on the concept’s treats can stop into one of the existing storefronts at Ballston, College Park, Georgetown, Navy Yard, Reston, or Falls Church.
