Real ramen culture continues to make its way across the nation’s capital with a new JINYA Ramen Bar to open on October 16 for the brand’s second restaurant in Washington D.C. and sixth across the DMV area.

Located at 1155 Dahlia St. in the rapidly growing The Parks at Walter Reed, the Japanese ramen restaurant positions itself as a focal point in one of D.C.’s most vibrant and fastest growing areas. With unparalleled access to dining, shopping and green space, The Parks at Walter Reed will now have JINYA’s noodles that are served in a thick, rich broth.

Grand opening festivities begin at 11 a.m. with JINYA giving out FREE ramen to the first 50 guests in line upon opening for lunch and again at 5 p.m. for dinner.

“Washington D.C. and the surrounding area has been so great to JINYA over the years, so adding another new restaurant to the mix was a no-brainer,” said Founder and CEO Tomo Takahashi in a statement. “The Parks at Walter Reed already offers so much to both locals and tourists, but we saw that it was missing something – real ramen culture. We can’t wait to see everyone come out on opening day and show them what that’s all about.”

The new JINYA at The Parks at Walter Reed – the brand’s 57th restaurant systemwide – will serve guests from 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. daily.
