An acclaimed hospitality group is embarking on a new and exciting venture, right in the heart of the nation’s capital. The Jose Andres Group is opening its first hotel, complete of course with fine-dining and delicious cuisine, reports The List: Are You on It.

The 67-room luxury establishment will be opening at 3000 M Street NW, a space previously occupied by the Latham Hotel. Bazaar House will span 6 floors. The establishment will, of course, feature ample dining options curated by the Andres Group.

In addition to delicious dining options, Bazaar House will feature a private membership club, which will offer a signature restaurant, breathtaking views, and a lounge. The hotel will also offer a wellness center and retail options.

Jose Andres is a luminary of the culinary world. Speaking of brining his very first hotel to the District, Andres tells Forbes: “Thirty years ago when I came to Washington DC as a young chef, I knew that this city was a perfect place to bring people together over food. It’s one of the beating hearts of our country, a place where I knew I could meet anyone and do anything, starting with a great meal. Well, today I’m so happy to start a new chapter with The Bazaar House in Georgetown, an amazing opportunity to welcome people to my city in an entirely new way”

Bazaar House is projecting a 2027 opening.
