If breakfast is the most important meal of the day, brunch is a very close second. Sterling can soon look forward to savoring that precious meal, as work has commenced on a new, local First Watch, according to local media outlet The Burn.
The concept, celebrated for its interpretations of the morning meals, will be moving into the Potomac Run Plaza shopping center, at 46300 Potomac Run Plaza. Loudoun residents will be able to enjoy the restaurant’s fare in the space that previously housed an Outback Steakhouse.
An opening timeline is not currently available, however the space is presently undergoing demolition. Once all indicators of the Outback have been eradicated, crews can begin reshaping the space into a First Watch. With this in mind, it is highly improbable that Sterling will be able to enjoy the eatery’s dare before 2025.
Founded in 1983, First Watch has successfully made a cottage industry out of superior breakfast, brunch, and lunch foods. The chain, initially launched in Pacific Grove, California, has spread to include 535 locations across the United States.
