The reality of travel is often less than glamorous. However, a DMV-area hospitality group is preparing to help take some of the sting out of flight delays and misplaced baggage. Maker’s Union, a comfort food gastropub from Thompson Restaurants, is opening a new location in Reagan National Airport, reports the Washington Business Journal.

The restaurant will be taking over an existing space in the 2401 Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport Access Road airport, though it has not yet been established which storefront Maker’s Union will be moving into. DC flyers may still have a reasonably long wait before they can relax with the concept’s signature dishes; the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is unable to provide an opening timeline for the eatery.

Maker’s Union currently has three locations open and operational; one in Reston, another in Arlington, and a third at the Wharf in DC. Travelers can look forward to choosing from a menu chock full of comfort food favorites, ranging from classic burgers to poke bowls all the way to al fredo pasta.
