A new concept called Kreole is slated to open next week at 2985 District Avenue.

The new restaurant, featuring Creole and Asian cuisines, is the latest concept by restaurant group Common Plate Hospitality.

Kreole will open at 2985 District Avenue, replacing Junction Bar & Bistro, which was also operated by the same restaurant group.

“We felt that there were no other concepts that connect the dirty south and far east in this area,” Kreole owner Chad Sparrow said, according to Tysons Reporter.

He continued: “The food diversity in Mosaic has most things covered, but this hasn’t been done. We also think it will be a destination spot as so many ppl love seafood and the way we are preparing it is unique and bursting with flavor.”
