The most important meal of the day is getting a makeover in Sterling, courtesy of one of the hottest breakfast and brunch chains on the market. First Watch has set an opening date for its new regional location, reports local media outlet The Burn.
The restaurant will be helping locals break their fasts in the Potomac Run Plaza shopping center. First Watch will be taking over the 6,500 square foot space at 46300 Potomac Run Plaza that previously housed Outback Steakhouse. As a part of the building’s transition from one concept to the next, the space was gutted and every trace of Outback was removed, to be replaced with the breakfast eatery’s decor and fixtures.
Work is wrapping on the location, and Sterling foodies will be able to sink their teeth into First Watch’s fare on April 21 of this year.
First Watch has been fueling diners since 1983. Anchored by a shifting menu designed to take advantage of seasonal ingredients, the chain has become a powerful force on the national restaurant scene. The brand now has more than 570 locations open and operational, with a steady supply currently in development.
